We have been growing our own sprouts for years now, and our biggest frustration in the early days was trying to get the time to drain the water out of the jar so that the seeds didn’t go soggy before they finished germination…. problem solved with our GoodLife Sprout Lid.

Pop your seeds in the jar, screw on your mesh lid, fill jar halfway with water and leave your seeds to soak for a few hours (follow your instruction guide in the kit) this activates the seeds. Empty the water from the jar through the lid and give the seeds a really good rinse a couple of times in the jar, shaking as you go. Stand upside down to drain. Each day rinse with fresh cold water twice a day am and pm, then just flip your jar, give it a good shake to move the sprouts around and get out the majority of the water, stand it upside down on your kitchen bench and walk away leaving it to free-drain and grow. So simple. In approximately 5 days you will have a beautiful jar full of sprouted goodness ready to feed your family.
